We are a cozy and comfortable resort located just west of Remer, Minnesota right off the Soo Line Trail in the heart of the Chippewa National Forest. If you have spent much time in or around Minnesota, you know we are famous for our clear northern lakes and beautiful sunsets. Whether you are fishing for Northerns, Crappies, Largemouth Bass or Bluegills, Big Sand has it all. Bluegills are especially nice on our lake! Thinking of exploring multiple lakes? Cedar Point Resort is located 20 miles east of Leech Lake, 35 miles southeast of Lake Winnibigoshish and 35 miles from Cross Lake. From Walker to Brainerd, Mille Lacs, and Grand Rapids, fishing options are almost endless within an hour of Cedar Point.
